Dear NAHN Family,

Dallas, here we come next week! Safe travels to all attending!

We’re thrilled to share that NAHN National has sponsored registration for two incredible undergraduate nursing students to attend our historic 50th Anniversary Conference. Going a step further, the DC Metro Chapter is excited to sponsor two outstanding nursing students: Ariana Peña and Kiara Barillas two promising future nurses.

Our chapter is covering:

Round-trip airfare
Four nights of shared hotel accommodations
NAHN Golden Legacy Gala

Event Dates:

Event Location:

The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas

Transportation:

To convention center from DFW Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

· Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are recommended for transportation to/from the airport.

· Shared ride providers are located at the lower level curbside of each terminal.

Convention Center Parking:

Parking is available at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas for $15/day. Payment is only accepted via credit cards. Overnight parking is not allowed. Please note that NAHN does not provide reimbursement for parking. More details can be found on the convention center website.

Weather and Attire:

The weather will be in the low 90’s with mostly sunny skies. Click HERE for the latest weather forecast in Dallas, Texas. Business attire is recommended for the conference, and the gala (if you are attending) is cocktail or black tie attire. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as meeting rooms can occasionally be chilly.
